Who I am.
Growing up, I was the person my immigrant parents came to when technology didn't make sense. That stuck with me. Good design isn't about what's impressive, it's about what's clear, trustworthy, and actually usable for someone under pressure
I studied Cognitive Science and Psychology at UC Santa Cruz.
I think about behavior before I think about interfaces. I care less about what looks good in a mockup and more about what reduces friction in someone's actual day.
I'm the friend who sends a 'this app's UX is a disaster' voice note in the middle of trying to use it. My friends have learned to just agree.
